Skyline plot (bar plot)

Call signature:

skyline(xx, yy, y0=0)

Help text:

skyline(xx, yy) draws a bar plot of yy vs xx with bars touching.

skyline(xx, yy, y0) specifies the baseline of the plot; default is 0. (Note that yy is not relative to y0.)

Example:
